- Risk Management: Our expertise in identifying, avoiding and mitigating risk is rooted in our comprehensive approach that supports businesses by forecasting and evaluating their financial risks in addition to the identification of procedures to avoid or minimize their impact. This includes carrying out internal audits.
- Statutory Audit: Through our sister firm Umuro Wario and Associates, Certified Public Accountants, we provide statutory audit services carried out for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not the balance sheet and profit and loss account show true and fair view of the state of company's affairs.
- Investigations: In delivery of investigation services we promote accountability, integrity and provide impartial and reliable information for the success of the business. These include procurement fraud, assets theft and embezzlement, entitlement fraud, misuse of resources, misrepresentation, failure to comply with financial disclosure requirements and any other specific investigation that you may require.
- Tax Advisory: At Elysian Consulting Limited, we use our knowledge of tax legislation and regimes to provide advisory and consultancy services to clients, ensuring that they pay their taxes in the most efficient way and benefit from any tax advantages and exemptions. We ensure to keep up to date with changing tax laws and explain complicated legislation and its implications to our clients. We provide tax health checks, provide tax compliance and audits, follow up tax refunds, assist with KRA tax audits and provide training on tax.

Successful projects are as a result of well implemented ideas that have a meaningful impact on the intended beneficiaries. At Elysian Consulting Limited, we offer client support in idea generation, measuring, replicating and scaling up for development projects in Kenya and the region. Specifically, we offer monitoring and evaluation, and impact evaluation.
Our focus areas are;
- Monitoring and Evaluations: We offer monitoring and evaluation of development projects to determine whether progress is being made in the implementation of a project or program. The emphasis of the entire exercise is on the project inputs, and outputs, with a slight focus on outcomes as intended by the project/program objectives.
- Impact Evaluations: We also offer impact evaluation services in order to measure the specific outcomes and impacts that are as a result of the project/program. We go further to assess whether there is actual improvement in the target beneficiaries as per the project interventions and objectives.
